All our live games are available 24/7. However, occasional disruptions or maintenance may still occur.

Below you’ll find what to expect and how we work to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

🕹 Temporary Disruptions

Sometimes, a part of a game may not function properly or become temporarily unavailable. This is especially common with our pilot games, where short interruptions or maintenance are more frequent.

A game may also run slower at times because we are performing an extra backup. We do this to ensure that, in case of an error, we can always restore the game to a recent version — minimizing any loss of progress.

🛠 Maintenance and Updates

We always aim to:

Keep maintenance as short as possible
Announce it in advance whenever we can

In some cases, emergency maintenance is required and we may not have time to communicate it beforehand — but we always do our best to minimize the impact on players.

🛡 Cyberattacks

Like many other online platforms, we occasionally face cyberattacks such as DDoS attacks. When this happens, our team works immediately to stabilize the game and get everything back online as quickly as possible.
