Reporting Inappropriate Behavior
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful gaming environment for all our players.
If you encounter inappropriate behavior—such as in profiles, messages, images, or suspicious activities—we encourage you to help improve the gaming experience by reporting it. Here’s how:
⚠️ Use the Report Button
Click the report button, which is often available on profiles and messages.
🚫 Block Inappropriate Users
If you receive an inappropriate message, block the user to prevent further interaction.
❌ Report, Don’t Engage
Avoid arguing or engaging with the person. Instead, report the inappropriate behavior to us.
💬 Private Guestbook
If you receive inappropriate messages in your guestbook, we recommend setting your guestbook to private (followers only) via Settings.
😡 Avoid Retaliation
Do not respond with inappropriate messages, even if emotions run high. Doing so may violate our content policy and result in penalties for you.
⏰ Processing Time for Reports
We aim to review all reports within 3 business days, though it may take longer during busy periods.
ℹ️ Follow-Up Possibilities
In some cases, we may request additional information or provide an update on your report. A lack of response does not mean no action will be taken—sanctions may still be applied based on our enforcement policy.
Our moderation team can only intervene on our own platforms.
Avoid interacting with other players outside the game, and report any unwanted interactions on external platforms directly to the respective platform.
