Username Policy

General Availability

• All usernames on our platforms are freely available to any registered user.
• A user cannot claim exclusive rights to a username based solely on prior selection or use.

Prohibited Names & Penalties

• Usernames containing references to diseases, hate speech, obscene, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts violating this rule will be immediately suspended or deleted, with no right to appeal or compensation.

Inactivity & Name Release

• If a user remains inactive for 28 consecutive days, their username will automatically become available for registration by others.
• It is the user's responsibility to remain active to retain their chosen name.

Trademark Protection

• Names covered by a valid and active registered trademark may be protected upon request by the rights holder.
• Trademark owners must provide legal documentation to support their claim.

Interpretation and enforcement of this policy are at our sole discretion.
