Why am I getting robot checks?

While playing our games, you might occasionally be asked to complete a robot check (also known as a CAPTCHA). We get that this can be annoying—especially when you’re in the zone—but these checks are there to keep the game fair and safe for everyone.

Why are there robot checks?
Robot checks help us prevent cheating and automated behavior (like bots or scripts). By showing a check every now and then, we can make sure there’s a real player behind the screen—and not a robot trying to manipulate the game.

Why am I seeing them more often than others?
The more actively you play, the more likely you are to run into a robot check. Think of it as a sign that you’re really grinding! The system automatically adjusts based on player activity and behavior.

Even for VIPs?
Yes, even if you’re a paying or VIP player, you can still encounter robot checks. You’ll see them a bit less often, but definitely still regularly. We don’t make exceptions when it comes to fair play.

Do the checks change?
Yes. The frequency of robot checks can change over time. We monitor things closely and adjust this security measure when needed—for example, if we notice increased suspicious activity in the game.

Even though they can be annoying, robot checks protect your gameplay—and everyone else’s too. By cooperating with this quick check, you help create a fair gaming environment for all.
